This update isn't about flashy new features. It's about something better. We've cleared away the small daily obstacles that slowed you down, so everything feels exactly the way it should: fast, smooth, and predictable. Here's what you'll notice the next time you log in.

Your workspace, always within reach

When you're reviewing a detailed invoice or scrolling through a long contact list, your tools need to stay right there with you.

• Persistent menu and top bar. The sidebar and top bar now stay fixed in place, no matter how far down the page you scroll. Switching sections and reviewing your settings is always just a glance away.
• More breathing room. We've cleaned up the interface to make it clearer and more spacious, easing the visual load during the long hours you spend managing your business.

An account switcher that keeps up with you

Whether you manage multiple accounts or simply prefer staying on the keyboard, we rebuilt the account switcher from the ground up: faster, smarter, and more capable than ever.

• Better keyboard accessibility. Move between accounts using the arrow keys, Enter, or Escape. It's instant. This is our first step toward bringing that level of control to the places it matters most, creating a more powerful experience for advanced users and a truly inclusive one for everyone. This is just the beginning.
• Smarter account filtering. Managing a large number of accounts? The search bar opens automatically the moment you access the switcher. Straight to the point.
• Visual clarity. Your new profile avatar and the top bar show you at a glance exactly which account and user you're working as, with complete confidence, every single time.

Everything right where you'd expect it

We've reorganized the app's structure to save you extra steps and lighten your mental load:

• Settings, consolidated under your profile. Following the conventions the industry has already made standard, the Settings section now lives inside your user Profile menu. The main navigation is cleaner, and everything is accessible from one consistent place. We also took the opportunity to redesign many of the pages in this section, bringing them in line with Quaderno's updated look: cleaner, more readable, and easier to use.
• Unified billing. Your payment history now lives directly inside your billing details, one fewer click to find exactly what you're looking for.

The power of microdetails

Sometimes the biggest improvements are the ones you almost can't see, but you feel them right away.

• Easier on the eyes. As a subtle but meaningful update, we've adjusted font weight across older sections of the app and fine-tuned contrast in others. Typography is now more consistent across the entire platform, keeping your eyes comfortable through even the longest work sessions.
• Under-the-hood improvements. We made hundreds of small changes (literally 511 files updated) to make everything run more robustly and efficiently, bring our codebase in line with modern best practices and accessibility standards, and make the platform easier to maintain and, ultimately, better.
